For Pink October, let us fight back by learning the gestures that save lives.
A gesture of support
Since our mission is to help build a safer future, one training at a time, Formation RCR et Secourisme Québec wishes to demonstrate its support for the cause. Throughout this month, in addition to helping you learn the gestures that save lives, we want our training programs to also help build a safer future for everyone who may one day face a breast cancer diagnosis.
Advances in research have made it possible, among other things, to offer earlier diagnoses. Thanks to this, the breast cancer mortality rate has dropped by more than 40% since 1986! To encourage the progress of this research, we are committing to donate $1 to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation for every training sold during the month of October.
Giving back to the community
In addition to this contribution, we made a few purchases from the Foundation website's Pink Boutique in order to give back to our community. During the month, we will hold two (2) draws on our Facebook page ( @FRSQC ). Participants will have the chance to win a gift basket filled with these products.
If you would also like to contribute to the cause, we invite you to browse the various items in the Pink Boutique. The profits raised allow the Foundation to continue its fight against breast cancer and to help Quebec families who are affected by it, directly or indirectly.
